Suite. Thanks -Tom See what I did there?
-
Working again, but three minute page load times. ...but... wait... back to normal on last page load.
-
NS, any comments on this.... From status.netSuite.com.... According to status.netsuite.com, An incident in the SuiteCommerce Webstore infrastructure in our NA West facility has resulted in a very serious degradation in performance for customers local to that datacenter. Support is filing a Defect. From older NetSuite…

"Latency in displaying the webstore pages"... ours isn't just "Latency", ours times out and says "Aw, Snap! this page won't load".
-
That sounds off due to one recent change. About 2 months ago we did the DNS changes requested by NetSuite so that we would not be confined to one data center.

According to status.netsuite.com, An incident in the SuiteCommerce Webstore infrastructure in our NA West facility has resulted in a very serious degradation in performance for customers local to that datacenter. Support is filing a Defect. Yea, this was suppose to fix that issue... This feature is retargeted for April…

Our web site down as well. Good thing we don't get more sales on Cyber Monday. Maybe it is a capacity issue from those NetSuite hosted merchants do see a spike today ... like what Target experienced. http://www.kare11.com/story/news/local/2015/11/30/targetcom-goes-down-on-cyber-monday/76557568/ -Tom

Have emails transferring through NetSuite servers always been appended to include “this message has been captured by the AcmeWidgets account of NetSuite.”. We haven’t noticed that before. Of course the business name would = your business name.
-
NetSuite says Defect #- 336771
-
Ours had been crawling for hours in Illinois. Then it went down.
-
Are you using reference checkout?
-
We found the issue.
-
We're having this issue right now. In the backend we're getting "Gateway Down". Anyone else?
-
I got this case from a customer today: Case Subject: Problem ordering on-line Case message: I attempted to place an order for xxxxxxxxxxxxx. The billing address and shipping addresses are different. However, the on-line system refused to accept the different addresses, and continually requested my credit card security…
-
We've been getting customers reporting this for months. My instincts tell me we loose 2 or 3 customers for every one that bothers to call us to finish their online order.
-
We learned more on this ONGOING issue today. A customer called and we attempted to help them through a stuck web-store checkout. Their credit card BILLING address had "213 Country RD." in it. It wouldn’t accept their CREDIT CARD and gave a VAUGE order blocking error that said nothing about the address. They had even called…
-
Bump, this web-store checkout defect is still effecting our customers on a daily basis. Not sure how much $$$ we've lost by now due to cart abandonment.
-
We didn't get hit with this.
-
Apparently this was due to some work being done by a 3rd party company customizing the reference checkout for us.
-
Did you try other web sites on Cyber Monday? I also noticed that NetSuite stores were slow, but I even found that when I went to some Cyber Monday deals that were emailed to me (from Amazon and such) ..they were also slow loading... but, maybe not as slow as NetSuite.
-
For us it was just that NS was slow (regardless of browser). Maybe Cyber Monday clogged things up. An Amazon session also ran slower than usual today.
-
Never mind, it says "3:33 PM PST" in the header. So, at least some of the data on that page is real time dynamic information.
-
What was the resolution to this?
-
Up for about 30 seconds. Then back down.
-
status.NetSuite.com must just a marketing tool for potential NS users to check a "live status feature" off of their list as it seems to have no real dynamic intelligence built in. Status still = "No issues to report - All NetSuite Systems Fully Operational".
-
We're down right now!
-
Server #2 seems to be working
-
We received TWO orders like this today. Free shipping. Costing us money.
-
Bill, I doubt that it is anything specific to our account as we haven't done anything special in regards to shipping. We've simply enabled the UPS realtime rates option in netSuite. It worked fine for several years. We didn't change any settings recently. Maybe something specific to the NetSuite server that they've got us…
-
This seems familiar! I think that we had this a long time ago and the issue was that NetSuite took too long to communicate with UPS (when pulling real-time rates) and eventually timed out and decided the answer from UPS = zero and dumped in a <null> for shipping which translated to $0 shipping cost!
