PayPal payflow pro is down today. Is anyone else impacted by this? They had a major update/transition last night ...so, it is probably the culprit. We can't bill any credit cards right now. -Tom

It looks like the IP address is 167.216.129.171 for nmail3.netsuite.com You can plug it in at: http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx It shows that IP address is marked as spam by at least one spam server database. T

We're back up. Looks like PayPal is transitioning to X.com Looks like X.com is a marriage of PayPal + Ebay + Magento https://www.x.com/index.jspa

I'm adding "reference checkout" to this list. As designed, it forces users to split apart shipping and handling and show shoppers both numbers. They offer no work-around. We can't use it without those numbers combined into one value simply called "Shipping". Our freight calculator works by a complicated formula that sticks…

I'm adding "eBay integration" to this list. We begged for it and even gave lots of ideas during beta/Q&A. Initially we avoided it because of bug reports in the UG. Then we saw the cost and decided that it was just too expensive. We thought it would be free when they first said they were adding it. Much cheaper carts have…

"Product feeds" is another one. When we requested it, we had a direct EDI type of integration in mind ..(like other ecommerce sites have). I know Google base also has the EDI information posted on their support site. As a result, we use feed-perfect and an external product database. T

I always look closely at the wording in my cases, defects and enhancements and see lots of mistakes or, at least, ambiguity in the description. I then update those cases to reiterate what I had already said is the problem or the request. I've had to do so many times for one case. It's a technical product and, therefore,…

I'm adding Google Check-out to the list. We're turning it off. We have a reoccurring issue with UPS fees occasionally not being charged correctly in Google check-out orders. It may be something that costs $500 to ship and the system charges them $1. There is a thread on it elsewhere in the UG. The bug has been around since…

Our webstore is down. -T

Its up again. It has been down and then working again on an off for about 1/2 an hour. When it is down we just get a spinning clock until it times out. T

I'm now using FireFox v4 which was released for the Mac OS today. It seems to make NS run faster ...or else I just caught NS when they are running faster. I love two features. 1. Text input box resizing (like safari has) 2. Sync bookmarks between computers or between computers and your phone, ipad etc. (also, like safari…

We've got a few new customer cases regarding customers that can't checkout. Is anyone else getting customer check-out error complaints? -T

Our site has picked up speed. They had entered this just a few minutes ago... Defect 192929: Web Store - Slow Response
-
Our site is slow to. I entered a performance issue with NetSuite.
-
Our web store is loading super slow today. It goes OK after the first page loads, but loading the first page takes a long time.
-
DJ, I entered a case with support. I provided a screen shot of the security warning. NetSuite's response was this S2 defect... Defect #185761- Setup> Web Site> Set Up Web Site> Appearance (tab)> Show Shipping Estimator in Cart: the page allows ASP Code Injection
-
The web-store is incredibly slow today. -Tom

I feel your pain Julian. I'd say more, but I've given up on speaking my mind in here because it always gets me booted. So, I've been both cowed and pacified. Email me if you find greener pastures (pun intended). T

Today it is worse. I tried to submit a NetSuite support case and even the case submission tool is slow. I clicked the submit button and waited and waited and it eventually timed out. Then NS was fast for 15 minutes. It is very sporadic. T

Our is unusably slow at the moment. Is this being fixed anytime soon?

Can some report if the "extended cart" issues been fixed? in particular.... 1. tax rates showing for everyone even after shipping zip is known. 2. non-matching prices and bugs when switching between different choices (see descriptions earlier in this thread) 3. 2nd day air listed as first choice and no way to make ground…

YES ...STILL a huge issue! We changed our default address type (residential/business) and thought we had the two non-matching shipping price issue somewhat fixed. Yesterday I noticed our cart still displays two non-matching shipping amounts if the customer is logged in. It seemed to work if they weren't logged in. NetSuite…

Our back-end is fast, but our webstore is also loading VERY slow right now.

Network 40.469 (95.24%) The network time isn't netSuite. netSuite would be the Server. That is my understanding anyhow. -T

OK, so.... problem #1 is still not fixed. What about #2 and #3? 1. tax rates showing for everyone even after shipping zip is known. 2. non-matching prices and bugs when switching between different shipping methods (see descriptions earlier in this thread) 3. 2nd day air listed as first choice and no way to make ground the…

hmmm ...our shipping item names are all "grayed out" and not editable. However, I checked on one called "motor freight" and it is editable. None of our web store used UPS shipping items are editable. I don't know which setting is making them un-editable.
