PayPal payflow pro is down today. Is anyone else impacted by this? They had a major update/transition last night ...so, it is probably the culprit. We can't bill any credit cards right now. -Tom

Our site is slow to. I entered a performance issue with NetSuite.

Our web store is loading super slow today. It goes OK after the first page loads, but loading the first page takes a long time.

Today it is worse. I tried to submit a NetSuite support case and even the case submission tool is slow. I clicked the submit button and waited and waited and it eventually timed out. Then NS was fast for 15 minutes. It is very sporadic. T

hmmm ...our shipping item names are all "grayed out" and not editable. However, I checked on one called "motor freight" and it is editable. None of our web store used UPS shipping items are editable. I don't know which setting is making them un-editable.
