Hi @Veronica Steluta Mincior-Oracle I asked my co-consultant to try the custom AP Clerk. She was not able to access the PFA page. What is weird is when I am using the role, I can still access the Page. This custom AP Clerk does not have access to the PFA Page.

Hi @Pedro Alegria-Oracle I tried it on a controller role this time. I set the PFA Access to "None" and for Document and Files to "View". This role can still access the PFA record.

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle this worked. However, the standard way of looking for that page still disappeared which is a weird behavior of the system. It is also weird that even the administrator role does not have that navigation path.

Hi @Jeremy Guimaras -Oracle I believe this account still has the old 23.2 version. This is a weird behavior because i was seeing the page before this issue happened.
