Hi @Araganti Abbaiah, Your concern seems to be similar to this one: https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4473131/unable-to-inactivate-accounts One of the gurus provided multiple possible causes and solutions. You might want to check that post and try them. Hope it helps!
