I have noticed this as well with a brand new custom field, but not on old fields. Field type was Text Area. I just looked and do not see the (more...) in that column today, so maybe....

I was here looking for an answer and came across this. Delete your browser cache. The resize option posted before this is a good one too. Either way, delete browser cache in Netsuite has become synonymous to the Windows Reboot answer for Windows computer issues. Hope this helps! Thanks, Jennifer Netsuite Admin

They don't fire off immediately, and in the case of wanting to test an abandon cart, won't send multiple tests to same test customer email. Hard to figure out what I'm working on without being able to repeatedly test. I think I will create a lead nurturing campaign to MAYBE get around this, rather than an email campaign.…
