To my knowledge, this is default behavior. If you are trying to pull sales reports and want to include the lines on the order that were not closed, try using the G/L account in Criteria. i.e. account type is Income, Account is 4000, or whatever your G/L for sales. This will capture only billed lines, thus revenue.

When is the Outlook Integration for 2010 coming? We just went live with Netsuite on March 1st and it is working fabulously! However, our entire sales team is using 2010 so I have not yet been able to implement Outlook Integration, much less on their phones. Any ideas other than the typical "soon" I keep hearing?

You could create a new custom entry form (titled Warehouse Item Entry) and then assign it to this role specifically on the Forms tab of the role. I had to do this to restrict specific tabs for roles/subsidiaries, but not others. Hope this helps. Jennifer Capitol Scientific, Inc.

It sounds like you may have the Employee Restrictions on the role limited to Own and Subordinates only. If you choose, None No Default or None Default to Own, that should work, but you need to evaluate the other implications. Good luck!
