CSV Import Error - Transaction date

I tried to import a csv file this morning and got an error stating - Transaction date 2/28/12 is not valid.  Transaction dates may be at most 30 years in the past and 10 years in the future.

I imported similar csv files two weeks ago and all was good. Did not change a thing  on my end as far as importing.

Does anyone know if NetSuite changed some specs as far as import dates go?
