Our account was moved to a data center. That makes sense.

It looks like we need to update our links to that used to point to shopping.netsuite.com to xxxxxx.shop.netsuite.com. Not sure when that change was made, but apparently there was an update made to the WSDK codes.

I can't wait for my turn to go through the dance! I filed a case as well. Is there anywhere where NS post a weekly update of changes from the Weekend? It seems like it would consolidate and improve the speed of troubleshooting.

Same problem here. For the last week or so all Paypal orders have been showing as pending. I have been manually overriding and copying the information from the emails Paypal sends. Pretty time consuming.

Good God, it's slow. We're running into problems with transactions, and our web store is practically unuseable.

We had an order come through with a total of $0 - but with all items on it. This is a customer who had previously been declined. What is going on?

Backend is unuseably slow. Can't save a sales order without timing out We are dead in the water at the moment. Becalmed, even.

Something odd seems to have happened with Email over night. Our order confirmation emails started showing the data from vendor item # under the options column at 2:30 this morning and nothing I can do seems to stop it. ?

Well, NS says it should be fixed early next month. It is however, classified with the dreaded S3 - which generally means a fix time between now and hell freezing over. Hopefully they are on target though, and I will actually be able to set up my shipping in December.
