Hi @Mykol Sutton which subject area are you using for this? You can actually use the headcount column and filter it by respective assignment status type along with the month column, it will give you end of the mpnth headcount value. for ex: Filter(Headcount USING Assignment Status Type IN (Active, LOA)) Raghu

Hi @MikeW Have you run the diversity feed report to check if that returns all the workers that have updated all the 3 columns? btw, why do you use the Rank function in that? The case that you have mentioned can happen only when the feed report is not rendering the data Raghu

Programmatically there is no way that you can allow only one of the prompts to have values out of the 3. You could alert the customers with a text just below the prompt like below - Raghu
