We have created the reports through the BIP 

 

and for each and every report there are some default output formats ara predefined if my required output format is not there then I will edit the report and then I will go to the review list from there I will changes the default put the format 

For example, for my instance, pdf and HTML and Excel formats are predefined if I want I need to edit the report and from there i will add my required output format

 

 

Please let me know where are the default options are defined in the system.

You can view the templates as a list (default is thumbnails).

You can select the output layouts you want to be available and the default output.

Think that is what you meant?

thanks for your update and this is we need to set for the each and every report 

 

i am looking for the default formats for example by default it will be the excel  only for any reports has been created ,if i need any another format i will go to the edit report and there i will change the format
