How can we avoid Visual Analyzer projects which failed to load from showing up on user's homepage?

Summary:
Visual Analyzer(VA) projects in OAS which have failed to load still showing up on the user's home page. This is confusing for the user.
This can especially happen when a user tries to open a Project URL, which was shared by a link and opened by the user, for which the user doesn't have access.
