VCN Port e Instance Cloud

I would need technical support about the cloud instance , I created and deleted the instance several times because I can not communicate with the ports, in particular I opened port 80 and 443 on the VCN connected to the incoming instance , but when I check or try to recall the HTTP port tells me that the port is closed despite having it open,  because?? believing it was an instance problem I deleted it and created it several times, how can I solve?

  • Could you be a bit more precise about what you are trying to do, with what product, and how?

    Is it about OAC?

    Because if you mean OCI instances, then this is definitely the wrong place...
