How do we extract the rejection rule details for a PO which has been rejected by predefined BPM rule

We are preparing a POET validation BI report for a PO which flows thru a set of predefined BPM rules. In case of auto rejected PO's we need to extract the details and prepare a report. In the report we need to get the rejection rule name as well.

Need to understand-

1. Which table will have the details?
2. How we can join this with po_action_history , po_headers_all or any other relevant table for the matter of fact
