Addition of reporting parameter which allows configuration of custom aging buckets

FDI currently does not support configuration of custom buckets for aging reports. The buckets configured on Fusion flows through. However, Fusion has a limitation of 7 buckets per aging method. Analytics may need more buckets for a specific reporting need, and, currently there is no way to achieve this other than creating standalone reports for specific requirements. This also has its limitations.
Similar to the aging bands in HCM analytics, a provision to configure custom aging buckets in FDI, through the console, would be useful.
