Prompt before opening option in OBIEE, how to change dashboard messaging

When using the "prompt before opening" option in Oracle BI it generates a message on the dashboard screen that says
"Opening this dashboard page may take a while. Select prompt values and click Continue if you want to open this page." Is it possible to change both the wording and the formatting of this messaging? There is an placeholder image that populates as well, is it possible to remove this as it makes the dashboard appear like it is erroring out? I have attached a photo below and circled the two areas I wish to change.
