Hi, please check your SSO setup.

Sorry but I don't understand, I have my single sign on set up from the beginning. I've just asked a colleague to perform the same action, and he ends up on the same icds page… what am I supposed to see?
I navigated on the other tabs of the same page and clicked on "overview", and I can see that :
Is it where I'm supposed to sync users ?
Thank you

Hi. Please go to cloud.oracle.com and enter your Cloud Account Name, and click on Next. On the 'Sign in with an identity domain' page, click on the arrows next to Default. Besides the generic OracleIdentityCloudService domain, you should see your DEV/TEST IDCS domain and your PROD IDCS domain. Please confirm.

Hi, yes I do.

I think I found the issue : when we created the FDI instances, we chose Password-based authentification and not the JSON… we did not perform the scenario 2 setup to allow access HCM users access to fDI… Can you confirm it could be the reason ?

Hi. Yes, that is why I asked yesterday to check your SSO setup and you said you had single sign on set up from the beginning. I had my doubts because your HCM users are not getting synced to FDI. Setting up SSO is a vital step in setting up FDI.
Password-based authentication versus JSON is something else. I believe this this pertains to how the FDI Pipeline connects to HCM to load incremental data on a daily basis.

The FDI pipeline seems to work well though.
Do you know if I can change this setup somehow ? Because the doc says that setup must be completed before the instance creation.. which is a bit scary to be honest.

Hi. Of course the pipeline works well. This has nothing to do with SSO.
I trust what the doc says is true. Perhaps a community member from Oracle can advise, or else you can log an SR to seek advice from Support.
Kind regards

How can I be 100% sure the SSO hasn't been set up on my side ? (I was not present at the beginning of the project and can't be certain….)
Thank you
Kind Regards

Hi @Lauriane Massin Whitaker ,
Good news: you can enable SSO after the instance is created. Refer to:
