synchronize HCM users with FDI

Hi @Lauriane Massin Whitaker ,

Download Metadata & Signing Certificate from Fusion:

Login to Fusion and navigate to:Tools → Security Console → Single Sign-On

Download the following:

Federation Metadata

Signing Certificate

If it is already configured, then ignore this step

Create a Role to Import Users under this Group in IDCS:

Login to Fusion and go to:Tools → Security Console → Roles

Create a Role:

Role Name: SSORole

Role Category: BI - Abstract Roles

Users: 100000, 100001 (You can adjust based on your specific users)

If you want to import all the users, then ignore this

Steps to Check the Role in the Provisioning Menu:

Login to IDCS.

Navigate to:Identity → Domains → Oracle Identity Cloud Service Domain→ Integrated Applications → YourApp → Provisioning

This will allow you to check if the role is associated with the intended users.

Steps to Import User:

Navigate to:Identity → Domains → Oracle Identity Cloud Service Domain→ Integrated Applications → YourApp → Import

Press the Import button to initiate the user import.

Please make sure that Authoritative sync is enabled.
