Admin server is not getting started with warning code BEA-170011

Resolution to fix the BEA-170011:
When we got the above issue, Just look into the hosts file on which BI server is pointing to log messages to the admin server because if it doesn't point to proper destination URL/Path it will throw an error and it's typical to trigger the console and can't able to log the messages.
So just go to the hosts directory and ensure that all the server URL's are being precisely with associated server names/IP Address
The hosts file directory is: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
