    I did the step's in PDF file above

    but when i reach step 4 i cant log into the WLS page.

    I was try download the OBIEE 12c 12.2.1.1.0 - Sample Application v607, but i recived the next message, there are some link were i can download de VM.

    The Sample App VM has been removed because being too old and using a version of OBIEE not supported anymore.

    You can't download that SampleApp anymore. What it contains is too old and no longer supported.
