OAC Classic - Control over which folders are automatically expanded in the dashboard menu

Description
On opening the dashboard menu in OAC Classic, a number of folders are automatically expanded.
I understand this is by design and "The menu uses a certain amount of space on it, everything that is before that limit will be expanded and when it reaches that limit it will be collapsed".
It would be useful to have more control over this, either by remembering what the user expanded or collapsed in their previous session, or allowing an administrator to control whether the folder is automatically expanded or collapsed.
Use Case and Business Need
We have many different dashboard folders, with different users interested in specific areas. The folders that are automatically expanded will only be relevant to a small subset of users, with others having to collapse them, before scrolling to the area they are interested in.
It would be useful to have more control over this, either by remembering what the user expanded or collapsed in their previous session, or allowing an administrator to control whether the folder is automatically expanded or collapsed.

When a user has visibility on a lot of different folders where there are dashboards, their Dashboards menu is crowded. This would help them customize their preference, hence have a better User Experience.

We have about 30 dashboards on the main menu and it comes expanded. It'll be a great feature to have the ability to collapse ALL, or ability for individual customization.
