I am looking for web services provided by Oracle that can create a relationship between customers. From the Oracle Customer screen, I can create the contact relationship using the below navigation. I am looking for the same relationship creation via web services.

Note: Creating the below relationship creates an entry in the HZ_RELATIONSHIPS Table.

I came across the document below but was unable to find the WSDL

SOAP Web Services for Sales and Fusion Service

Anyone can help/guide me on how to use the webservice to create a relationship will be helpful.

As Mandeep said, this isn't the right forum, your question isn't about Oracle Analytics products.
Fusion is covered in the Cloud Customer Connect forum (there are lot of categories, you should easily find one matching your needs).
