Hi all,
I would like to print dashboard prompt along with the report(analysis).
Please let me know is it possible.
Regards,
ram.
Hi,
Prompt labels and values are automatically printed in plain text.
Do you want to achieve something different?
As Francesco said it's the default behaviour.
It is as long as you use the right "print" link, if you use the analysis "print" link it will print only the content of the analysis, if your prompts are in a dashboard page next to the analysis you will get them only if you do "print" at the dashboard page level.
On top of this, if you want to print all the filters associated with the analysis in your Dashboard, there is a view you can show named Filters
In addition to the very good filter suggestion you can also create a heading area and include the dashboard prompt values and then using the @{MyPresentationVariableNameHere}{MyDefaultValueHere} syntax to include its value in the heading.
Or you can include the SQL view that will show you the full make up of the WHERE condition.
If you got the answer to your question you can maybe close the thread? It will help others with same/similar questions, right now it's still This question is Not Answered.
Do you know if connections that do not use TLS will be affected by the September 2026 update? Regards, Alison.
