Hi @User_0E6OZ, That's good news. Quick Question for you: Is it possible functionally: for a particular Request Number (1681020) can be associated with 2 different Categories? Wanted to make sure the data are correct.

Hi @User_0E6OZ, Thanks for the details. Looking at the screenshot, it seems there are 2 'Category Name' for Request Number: 1681020, as result 2 rows are coming. If you take out the column 'Category Name' from the report, the Request Number: 1681020 should return only 1 row. Hope this help. Thank you.
