Hi. Does this started happening after and update in the report or started happening with no changes applied? It can be the Report Template got "corrupted" in some way or a formatting was changed? Are you able to create a new Report template on the same report (not duplicate the current one) and check the export again?…

Hi Ruth. I don't know a way to perform that other than using the Catalog Manager (if you have access) to create a Catalog Report. Check the following link Creating Reports to Display Catalog Data Using Catalog Manager You will end up with a file the data you want. Hope this help. Fernando

Hi Helen. I was not able to post a reply on your post. Other people have the same issue but looks like is solved now. You may try to find the answer for reports being used for bursting on a view called BIPUBLISHER_V within BI Platform repository schema. That view should be on the "IAU_VIEWER" schema in the repository…

Hi DiDio. Suggested workaround for you. Every dataset that I create in a project, I have an attribute called LAST_UPDATED or MODIFIED_DATE. If you use a dataflow to save the dataset you can create a save that attribute within the dataset. OR that attribute can be populated into a Fact table if you have a data warehouse, in…

Hi Omar. Hope I'm not to late on this. In OCI you can check how much OAC is consuming and set thresholds and alerts to monitor its consumption. If the service is active you may still be charge even if no one is using (a minimum, I noticed based on my experience). I think there is a way to configure an automatic stop and…

Hi. What kind of issue? What the logs tell you? I'm assuming you are doing something similar to presented on this video. Loading Data from Relational Sources Using Data Sync Best Regards Fernando

Hi. Not sure there is one place we can get all of that but this can be a start. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/bi-cloud/bilpd/troubleshooting-data-loading-issues.html You will see in some places the limitations. Ex.: I get error code 500 [BICS-DATALOAD] when loading data sets in Data Sync If you see this error when…

Hi. Didn't the Sort option work for you? Cheers Fernando

Hi Chethana. Do you need the Oracle Customers in your report? Why not remove them from the DataSet at the beginning in the Data Preparation? Cheers Fernando

Hi Chethana. Try this formula to get the RANK and then apply a filter on values less than or equal to 10. RANK(IFNULL(USAGE_COUNT,0) by DATACENTER) It may not give you the perfect results but I think it will be close. Cheers Fernando

Hi Silvio. Please check if this applies to your case. Oracle Support Document 2102674.1 (Fusion OTBI Reporting: Analysis Data Does Not Refresh/ is stale / get updated) can be found at: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2102674.1 Cheers Fernando

Hi Chethana. I believe This Video explains how you can achieve that. Oracle DV - Calculate and Visualize Top N Values vs Rest of all Members https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HNrOLmEHgpQ Cheers Fernando

Hello. Thanks for letting us know. Best approach I think now is to open a Service Request for Oracle. All the best. Fernando
