right this hits badly if data is needed for long term analyses, that may fall under such a retention policy in Fusion source. Has anyone built successfully a custom snapshot logic? I can image how, but usually you don't want to re-setup ootb KPIs to incorporate the custom snapshot.

Has anyone attempted to add a SQL predicate or custom filter to determine a user's AoR based on subject areas or tables? This would include leveraging session variables to dynamically filter records according to these values.

We have the same issue. Multiple AoRs are reflected as smallest intersection in HCM, but adding up all AoRs in OTBI
