Can you potentially leverage Parameter functionality for this? Since you have two separate datasets, you may need to take this a step further by joining the datasets initially. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wz-kI3tvm2E

Are there specific columns you want added @hunter.mlady . It's doubtful that all columns would be offered OOTB, but if there are certain ones, they can be potentially prioritized for future releases.

Note that it is currently possible to view the Last Modified Date & Last Modified By attributes within the Catalog by going to the Inspect option; however, keeping this Idea open for votes for the possibility of adding it to the Usage Tracking subject area.

In addition to my above comment, here is the product documentation for what was formerly named Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) but is now referred to as Fusion Data Intelligence: You can also reference the Oracle Analytics product documentation since Fusion Data Intelligence uses the Oracle Analytics platform: @User_2O5NO

@User_2O5NO Check out this video - it was published relatively recently (after Dinky's above solution in 2023) so it may be a little easier to accomplish now due to updated features in the product: Also, there are a lot of related videos regarding parameters on the Oracle Analytics YouTube channel - I typically just use…
-
@Evan George that helps - so this Idea Lab is meant for Fusion Data Intelligence products (which are an additional license option for Fusion customers). I think you may be referring to one of Oracle's Customer Experience applications. For that product team to see your idea, can you please post your idea there? (I cannot…
-
@Evan George welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community! Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are referring to?

Hey @Pedro Bacic , welcome to the Oracle Analytics community! A clarifying question: is your request specific to Fusion Accounting Hub within the Oracle Fusion ERP Application exclusively, or does it pertain to Fusion Data Intelligence (Fusion ERP Analytics), which is an additional license? If the latter, can you expand on…

@Matt_B I think I may see where you're coming from: In a way, what you're wanting the Join function to do is to help you identify where the data may need to be cleansed so you can make the fixes and reload it. For example, Left Table and Right Table may both have account #12345, but perhaps the Right table has a trailing…

Hi @evol123 ; welcome to the Oracle Analytics community and thanks for submitting your idea. Can you expand further on the experience you are requesting regarding frequently refreshing the data from the on-prem Oracle DB within Fusion Analytics? What do you currently experience with the JDBC Connector, and what are you…

@SERGIO BARRETO - apologies in the delay in response: I don't have an exact timeframe for use on FDI Subject Areas, but this feature is currently in development. I understand your excitement for it! It will be great to see this functionality for subject areas! @Bharat Kumar & @Rohitkr - If you're only seeing an option to…

Welcome to the community, @User_O735C! Would you consider them having the ability to save as, but not save over the dashboard? If so, check out this blog:

Apologies, I don't think my above solution captures the spirit of what you're asking for. I believe you essentially want to be able to see all of the other Repat Volume values but not the other manufacturer names on-screen when a specific Manufacturer like Fiat (or Ace Supplies in my example) is selected from the Dashboard…
-
@LukePa So what happens if you just remove the FIAT column? Like this (pretend Ace Supplies says Fiat in the Manufacturer attribute):
-
This use case is a bit unique; I'm trying to understand why there would be an additional column a specific manufacturer, versus leaving that column for Fiat out altogether. If you remove the Fiat column, the Table with the Dashboard Filter would behave as you expect. If the Fiat column is indeed needed, could you try a…

Not a direct answer to your question, but here's a link to Oracle Cloud Free Tier for those reading along and are interested in a 30 day trial.

Note that this link is only available for Oracle employees.

Important note for those reading along: Subject Areas (like the ones you receive out of the box with FDI) are not available for the AI Assistant… yet. The original poster is asking about loading a data set from a spreadsheet. Data sets are supported for the AI Assistant. Someone referenced indexing the data set (which is a…
