Thanks Chris. Mentioned another issue of concern as well which is "SOME TIMES the URLs take very long even to load login page in browser (experienced this is chrome, firefox, MS edge)." Server is a 2 core one (16GB memory), wondering if having just 2 cores causing this behaviour !!!
