Hi @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle, We have enabled the HR Help Desk functional area and added the 'Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Administrator' group to my user, however, I see no data from this subject area. Do you have any clue of what could be happening? Thanks, Mayron
