i use windows 10 , OBIEE 12.2.1.0.0. it is the first time to me to install OBIEE , and when i start the bi server after running weblogic its show that all components are running except obips1 as shown in the photo of my post. i followed the setps to install OBIEE in this link…

i run this file but also obips1 is shutdown
