Hi @MikeW Have you run the diversity feed report to check if that returns all the workers that have updated all the 3 columns? btw, why do you use the Rank function in that? The case that you have mentioned can happen only when the feed report is not rendering the data Raghu

Programmatically there is no way that you can allow only one of the prompts to have values out of the 3. You could alert the customers with a text just below the prompt like below - Raghu

Vaughn, apologies on this post from me last week I believe, details like host, id/pw, SID, and port number of the specific Fusion instance are not available for the customers currently so, i would like change this post as Reviewed instead of already available Thanks Raghu
-
Geetha, this is same as the following request http://appsconnect.custhelp.com/posts/4ae23d04bf This request has been reviewed by Oracle for future enhancement Thanks Raghu
-
Andrew, can you please elaboarate on your idea here? do you mean, you need the history information of all the logins into Taleo or OTBI applications? Thanks Raghu
-
Dawn, to understand your idea better, do you mean 1. To allow the report title to appear in vertical direction for table/pivot table OR 2. Set the color in a narrative view based on any condition? Thanks Raghu
-
Carla, can you please illustrate your use case with an example and screenshots? Thanks Raghu
-
Julian, it would be helpful if you can narrate a specific use case from OTBI context here Thanks Raghu
-
Steve, 'show hidden items' checkbox is available, check the screenshot attached Thanks Raghu
-
Abbey, could you please illustrate this with an example using screenshots and excel output? Thanks Raghu
-
Dana, A new feature to 'Save a custom column and re-use it across analyses is implemented in OBIEE 11.1.1.9 This will help your use case Thanks Raghu
-
Will, Could you check if the ‘prompt before opening’ feature in dashboard properties helps ? Basically, when you open the dashboard, the report do not run(if you have selected this option), only after you click on ‘continue’ the reports render Thanks Raghu
-
Pamela, you can use the attribute "Location"."Active Status" to filter the report for active locations similarly, "Department"."Department Status", "Business Unit"."Status", "Job"."Job Active Status", "Grade"."Grade Active Status", "Position"."Position Active Flag" Thanks Raghu
-
Ashish, did you mean, a BIP report? if yes, then it is not available by default you need to try if you can filter the department list of values query based on the BU selected yes, this can be an enhancement in BIP Thanks Raghu
-
Sarah, have you tried specifying the 'Destinations' as 'Home Page and Dashboard' This way, the agent would run and would generate an alert that will be on the home page of OTBI if you open it, the report would render Thanks Raghu
-
Shashi, I assume, you want to join multiple subject areas with a custom defined join between them if yes, then i agree, this will be a good enhancement Thanks Raghu
-
Ashish, from what i could understand, you need report prompt on 'Department' that filters based on the already selected value based on 'Business Unit' prompt This can be done using the 'Prompts' tab in the analyses itself let me know if you meant anything else? for now, i would mark it as already existing Thanks Raghu
-
Harpreet, you need to select 'treat as an attribute column' in the column 'Doc Status Interpretation'. FYI - Raghu
-
Rob, yes, that is my understanding too. Cloud customers cannot modify it on their own. - Raghu

Rob, As you have mentioned above this is done using custom skins or changing the defaults. I found this following document internally, please check. I am not sure if you could do that on cloud instance by yourself.…
