Thanks @ Christian for the quick turn around, I have checked and this user has access to Answers. @andrew: Not Sure, I saw this today when a user reported this to me. Is there a way , I can create a user and make him kind of Super User, who has access to everything and then check.If yes, could please let me know the steps please Regards, R

Got it. For now , I have re-installed everything and all is well untill now. This time I have created 2 admin users though. If I get the same behaviour again will post the logs if I am unbale to troubleshoot using them. Thanks for you help !

Hi Cesar, I had already assigned STATIC IP to the Server .Server are meant to be run on STATIC IP , so I make sure that IP are static before install of any product on server. So may be its something else, do you know any other possible cause?

Lol. I am 101 % percent sure that I did not change anything . But I did give same username and password to other users may be they changed the password or entered wrong password repeatedly, not sure. But the fact that I was able to log in to http://<server :port>/em and http://<server:port>/console says that there there…
