It is not correct to say the excel export returns no data when the report filter is bound by the parameter. The issue is that the export to excel returns the data that is filtered out. Please confirm this issue is resolved and this workbooks open fine in the subsequent updates.

I have not seen page break feature within the workbook but once the workbook is exported to excel then use the excel page break functionality and print the workbook.
