@AzharA the FDI licences aren't just dependent of Consumers or Authors or Administrators and there is more to it. I have heard a new feature coming soon to OACS and possibly making it to FDI's OACS too. This feature allows creating and publishing public workbooks and this is something that may change dynamics of licencing.
