How to run territory assignment job with multiple view criteria parameters

While scheduling the territory assignment ESS job, we have requirement to schedule for opportunities updated in last 1day with specific batch tag value, but in the application we can give view criteria either as OpenOpportunitiesUpdatedInLastNDays OR FilterByBatchTag,
Is there any way to give combined view criteria.
