Summary:

The new Redwood enrollment pages will provide an opportunity for an Employer to place a questionnaire to survey their employees at the end of the Redwood Self-Service Enrollment. Employers can ask questions and collect answers and leverage OTBI to mine the data for their organizational workforce analysis. Questionnaire functionality provided by Core HR product.

Sub Folder= Benefits Survey Questionnaire Responses

Screenshots of where Questionaire is setup and appears in the application. XML coded that can be copied into an environment and produce a report output with the prerequisite questions and answers completed by the employee.
