Goals Center: Submit button isn't showing to Employee after adding new goals

Summary:

We’ve received multiple cases from employees about the “Submit” not appearing on the screen after adding goals. This issue persists even though users are on Google Chrome and have cleared their cache.

In the transaction console, the goals are showing as draft, and employees are unable to submit them because the “Submit” option is missing. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

In one case, we resolved the issue by terminating the draft since we couldn’t force an approval. The employee then re-added their goals and successfully received the “Submit” option. However, this process is far from ideal, as it requires employees to back up their goals, delete them, and re-enter them, hoping the “Submit” button will appear.
