Hi, as we are testing Redwood and preparing for Open Enrollment, is it possible in the benefits self-service enrollment flow to add a task or repurpose an existing task/step to capture an Open Enrollment Acknowledgement. Per ACA, annually we have many hourly associates who become FT eligible for Benefits and have the opportunity to go through Open Enrollment. For recordkeeping purposes we want to capture all benefits eligibles' acknowledgement that they were eligible and offered coverage. Last year we used a Journey for Open Enrollment and one of the tasks was a required Benefits Acknowledgement with their name and date. We then reported on this and followed up with associates.
