Receive error "Remove contact as a dependent or beneficiary from benefit plans before end dating"

Hello

I am receiving an error when trying to end date a contact who has passed away. This contact is never been listed as a beneficiary nor enrolled into health plans.

Does anyone know how to bypass this error so they no longer appear under Self Service for employee ??
