Hello,
I am facing a serious issue with managing my payment methods and I am hoping someone from the community or Oracle team can provide assistance, as official support has been unhelpful.
My goal is simple: to remove an old, non-primary credit card from my Pay-as-you-go account.
Here is the timeline of my support ticket (SR 4-0000908786):
- I added a new Visa card and successfully set it as the primary payment method.
- The user interface does not provide any button or option to delete the old Mastercard.
