Open life event getting processed and closed

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have an Open Enrollment scheduled from 10/20/2025 to 11/07/2025. However, while adding the event open, it throws an error stating "Processed and Closed."

I’ve checked the employee’s eligibility and didn’t find any issues — the employee meets all the required eligibility criteria.

Could anyone please help me with this issue?
I’ve attached the setup details I’ve configured so far.
