Global Transfer Life event default enrollment setup

Hello,

We have a below requirement from the client, try to understand on how to achieve this using seeded functionality on Benefits.

Eligibility depends on the Business Unit. If an employee transfers within the US and changes Business Units, their previously enrolled plans should be carried over. However, any plans not eligible in the new Business Unit must be ended, and employees should not see these ineligible plans during the enrollment period in the new business unit.

Test Case:

Consider an employee in business unit A enrolled in 10 different plans. After a few months, the employee is globally transferred within the country to business unit B, which also has 10 plans. Following the transfer, the employee becomes ineligible for 3 of the plans in business unit B. The expectation is that these 3 ineligible plans should be end-dated and should no longer be visible to the employee.
