How to handle 27 pay periods in 2026, but benefit deductions will only be coming out for 26 pays
Summary:
Will have 27 pay periods in 2026, but benefit deductions will only be coming out for 26 pays - so therefore we will need to end date benefit rates for 2026 with.
12/12/2026 for non-exempt/hourly
12/19/2026 exempt
We have separate benefit rates for Exempt and Non-Exempt. Any idea as how to handle this solution? We also have the Program setup with
Communicated Rate Frequency = Estimated per pay period
Defined Rate Frequency = Monthly
