Switching from PPO to HDHP or vice versa and receiving a spending account error

While configuring for OE, I noticed an issue when a user tries to switch from PPO to HDHP, for example. When enrolling in HDHP, I also change my Spending Account from HRA to HSA and when I hit submit, I get the the error below. It's like it still thinks I'm keeping the PPO, and throwing this error. I've been digging around all evening and feeling a bit lost. Look forward to any feedback!
