Assignment category life event not get triggered while using multiple person changes in 1 LifeEvent

The employee when changes employment from PRN to full time—> Life event should trigger

The employee when changes employment from Part time >24 to full time—> Life event should trigger

How can I include both these person changes from the same table in 1 life event.

While trying to add it together in 1 life event, it is not getting detected. How to achieve this in same life event?
