How to increase Rate of a Benefit plan based on completion of preventive exam
Summary:
We have configured Medical Tobacco plan with 3 different option , If employee elects (Employee or Spouse agree to enroll and complete the Cessation Program - Option ) There is a pre tax deduction of 40 dollars. If employees agrees to complete the exam and did not complete before due date additional surcharge of 50 dollars should be deducted extra.
Example Rate start date is 1 Jan 2026 and pretax deduction is 40 Dollars after 1June 2026 automatically deduction should be 90 dollars
What would be the best approach to configure this business requirement.
