The plans like HCFSA, HSA has to end date in the termination date and not on the day before

On the occurrence of the life event, 'Termination', I want to end date the plans on the day of the termination event and not on the day before termination.

eg: If an employee is released on 24th of September. Then the plans coverage and rate has to end date on 24th,

For the termination life event, the setup is done as follows:

The set up for previous coverage end date and previous rate end date is currently done: as 'Event'

The set up for coverage start date and rate start date is currently done: as 'On event'

However, the plan are end dating a day before the termination life event. Any inputs?
