Unable to end the Beneficiary contact relationship due to past enrollment records

Hi All,

We want to end beneficiary contact relationship, who is no longer enrolled in any Benefit plans, since 2023.

When we try to end the relationship date of the contact, we are encountering below error

Error: "Remove the contact as a dependent or a beneficiary from all benefit plans before end dating. Contact your benefits administrator for assistance"

However, upon checking, we see the person contact is enrolled in a plan back in 2022 as dependent and the coverage end date is null for a plan in Dec 2022. Whereas from 2023 that contact is not enrolled in any plans till date.

Could anyone please let me know how to update the coverage end date for the dependents/beneficiaries in the plan for past years enrollment records.
