Reversal of Termination life event

When the employees termination is reversed, a reverse termination life event is configured and is detecting as of the recorded date. However, I am unable to reinstate the plans which already exists before termination for the employee without disruptions/gaps. How can we achieve it.

Also, is there any seeded notification available for the reverse termination event to notify the Admins of various dept?
