How to clear Benefit error "another enrollment exists in the same element that this enrollment uses"

Hello Oracle Community, I am hoping someone can assist me with a roadblock I am encountering.

Our LTD ER plan has two options (60% up to 5K and 60% up to 7K). The 7K option uses an eligibility profile based on a specific position list. The Main Plan Type level holds the gatekeeper profile of Greater than 0.6 FTE. The standard rate is set to Employer Contribution with a calculation method of Multiple of Compensation. I have an employee with two assignments:

1. Primary: Physician (0.6 FTE, Salaried) — Included in the 7K position list.
2. Secondary: Manager (0.2 FTE, Hourly) — Also included in the 7K position list.
