2 EE Spouse ID field missing from Redwood

The 2 EE Spouse ID "link" does not appear to be available Redwood, however, you can find it within the UI under My Client Group > Person Management> Person Information

under the Legislative Section, click Edit > Update

Add the Effective Date

Confirm Marital Status is set to Married

Click View More Details

Add the spouse employee number within the 2 EE Spouse ID field, click Ok, then Submit (see screen shot below)

Then go to Benefits Administration > Benefits Activity Center

Search and click on the employee

A Marriage Life Event should be visible

Click Enrollment Opportunities

Click Edit

Click Accept

Does anyone know how to "link" two employee spouses in Redwood?
